Mrs. Lizzie Fisher, 76, resident of the town of Blooming Grove for the past 57 years, dies at a Madison hospital Wednesday after a short illness.

She was born in Cottage Grove and was one of Blooming Grove's early residents. She was a member of Hope Lutheran church. Her husband, Christ Fisher, died about 25 years ago.

Survivors are six daughters, Mrs. Charles Fregien, Racine; Mrs. Edward Denner, Middleton; Mrs. Tony Pirkel, Blooming Grove; Mrs. Henry Severson, De Forest; Mrs. Arthur Osborn and Mrs. Roy Mowinkle, Madison; five sons, Joseph, Monona; Henry, George, John, and Walter, Blooming Grove.

Seven sisters, Mrs. Carrie Frye, Red Cloud, Neb.; Mrs. Robert La Chum, Detroit, Mich.; Mrs. Henry Bultman, town of Burke; Mrs. Anna Brinkman, Miss Minnie Schwibbe, Mrs. Sophia Weckesser, and Mrs. Louis Herrling, Madison; four brothers, Henry, August, and Julius Freund, Madison; Walter Freund, Chicago; 15 grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 12:30 p.m. Saturday in the Schroeder funeral chapel and at 1;30 in the Hope Lutheran church. The Rev. H.C. Neemann, pastor, will officiate, and burial will be in the Blooming Grove cemetery.

Pallbearers will be six nephews, William Freund, Henry Brinkman, Ernest Herrling, Clarence Bultman, Henry Schwibbe, and Ernest Weckesser.
